The Bible

The Bible is the inspired word of God, without error, and is the standard and authority for all generations.
( I Thessalonians 2:13; John 17:17; II Timothy 3:16-17)

God

God is eternal; he created the universe, and the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are the triune (three in one) Godhead.
(Matthew 28:19; John 1:1-14, 14:16, 26; Colossians 1:1; I Corinthians 8:6; Hebrews 1:1-2)

Jesus

Jesus is the son of God, was born of a virgin, sinless, died on the cross for our sins, was raised from the dead on the third day, and is coming again.
(Philippians 2:5-8; Hebrews 4:14-15; I Peter 2:21-24; I Corinthians 15:3-5; John 14:1-6; Romans 8:31-34; Luke 1:26-35; Ephesians 1:18-23, 5:23; Acts 1:9-11)

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God and comes to live in each believer at baptism. He enables them to be like Christ and empowers them for ministry.
(Acts 2:38; John 16:5-15; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11; Galatians 5:16-25)

People

Every person has worth as a creation of God. We are all in need of a savior because we have all sinned.
(John 3:16; Romans 3:23)

Salvation

Salvation is a free gift from God because of His grace alone and that in order to receive this gift we must submit to God in obedience through: belief (Mark 16:16); repentance (Acts 2:38); confession (Romans 10:8-10) and baptism by immersion (Acts 2:38; 22:16).

The Church

The Church is the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit through God’s word, and exists to reach out to the lost and edify the saved.
(Ephesians 4:1-16)
